About Us

Seakayak Shetland is a small, friendly,  enterprise.

All our leaders are well qualified to help you to safely enjoy your Shetland adventure.

Angus has lived in Shetland all his life.  He has always enjoyed being on the water and frequently spent his weekends fishing from the family boat when he was young. He has a good knowledge and appreciation of the local environment and wildlife and respects the sea in all its moods. 

Jason has joined our group this season.  He has over 25 years experience leading groups and holds a wide range of outdoor qualifications. He is loving living in Shetland and exploring rugged coastline and islands.

Catriona  enjoys meeting new people and taking groups out kayaking.  With a young family, she doesn't manage out as often as she would like to

All three are BCAB Advanced Water Sea Kayak Leaders and /or Sea Kayak coaches.

Our "shore support" will sometimes come along on trips too.
