Prices and Equipment

Prices - Valid until 31st December 2026

Day trip - approx 6 hours                                                                 £120 per person
Minimum of three bookings for a trip, or total of £360 shared among participants if less than 3
(Bookings will be merged when possible)

Half day trip - approx 3 hours                                                          £85 per person
Minimum of three bookings for a trip, or total of £255 shared among participants if less than 3
(Bookings will be merged when possible)

Introductory/Family taster session - approx 1.5 hours              £65 per person
Minimum of three bookings for a trip, or total of £195 shared among participants if less than 3
(Bookings will be merged when possible)

Payment is via bank transfer when your date is confirmed to secure your booking.

Included in the price are:

• fully guided trip
• all kayaking equipment
• basic tuition as required

Equipment

All essential kayaking equipment from professional, kayaking brands is provided:

• sea kayak - Valley, P & H or Laser kayak (we also have two double Laser kayaks)
• paddle
• spraydeck
• buoyancy aid (PFD)
• waterproof sea kayaking jacket and trousers to wear over your own clothing
• drybags may be available on request

What to Bring

The most important thing is to dress warmly (layers are best) and bring a change of clothes and shoes.  Its essential to bring something to eat and drink too.

You should bring:

• all medication you take or may need on the trip
• warm comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting wet (no jeans)
• suitable shoes or trainers that you don’t mind getting wet (not flip flops or sliders)
• full change of dry clothes and a towel (for afterwards)
• water or something to drink (consider a flask with a hot drink too)
• packed lunch and snacks for a day trip
• snacks for a half day trip or a taster session 
• a warm hat or sun hat
• sunscreen (even on cloudy or wet days)
• sunglasses (you can borrow a retainer strap from us)
